Part P of the building regulations came into force on January the 1st 2005 and requires that certain work is notified to the local authority building control (LABC).
MLS Electrical Services are registered with the NICEIC on their domestic installer scheme and we are able to self certify all of our work we then issue to our customers depending on the nature of the work either a domestic electrical installation certificate or a minor electrical works certificate.
All notifiable work is then processed by us through the NICEIC's website for which you will receive a building regulations compliance certificate, this is usually dispatched in the post within 30 days.
